KMLT GmbH is your specialized partner for the precise laser fabrication of highly complex components for industry, research, and development. Our Technologies and Manufacturing Processes
The technical foundation of our modern machine park enables us to process a wide variety of metals, precious metals, plastics, and special alloys using state-of-the-art processes:

• UKP femtosecond laser processing: Ultrashort-pulse lasers (UKP) for absolutely burr-free, thermally neutral micro-machining (“cold ablation”) of the most delicate materials.
• Laser micro-cutting and laser fine-cutting: High-precision cutting of thin metal foils and sheets with material thicknesses ranging from 5 µm to 3 mm.
• 3D laser microcutting and tube processing: Complex machining of free-form surfaces and medical tube systems on rotating axes.
• Laser microsweeding: Non-contact, distortion-free joining of delicate metal components.
• Laser marking and laser engraving: Permanent, tamper-proof, and high-resolution marking on a wide variety of surfaces.
• Precision micro-bending: A complementary forming process for manufacturing ready-to-use 3D assemblies immediately following laser cutting.
• Surface finishing: Integrated post-processing steps such as electropolishing, micro-polishing, trowalizing (vibratory finishing), and glass bead blasting for perfect edge quality.
